Prerequisites for using the programme:

1. A CD player,
2. A Television, Computer or Projector,
3. DVD Player.

Instructions:

1. You will find all the beat tracks - used in the DVD- on separate beat CD’s.
2. Work your way through the DVD by starting with the first title on the Menu (Warm-up) and ending with the last title (Cool-down).
3. Choose the level of difficulty by selecting either the Beginner -, Intermediate - or Advanced Tempo on your DVD menu.
4. Each dance on DVD has 4 to 5 different dance sequences separately recorded for your convenience and builds up to a final dance.
5. You can also take these sequences and fit it to your own music in the classroom, i.e.: for concerts, revue’s, other productions, Eisteddfods, etc.
6. You can select 2 of the 8 dances for grades 4 to 8 and/or 4 of the 8 dances for the Grades 8 & 9.
